The Brief & Context
Influencer marketing is often a chaotic exchange of DMs and unverified promises. Brands need footfall; influencers need content and perks. Vadzo was built to turn this "handshake" into a seamless, data-driven transaction.
The "Match" Mechanics
We moved away from boring lists and into a high-intent "discovery" interface. By using a card-swiping mechanic, we gamified the professional outreach process. Brands can see an influencer's reach at a glance, and influencers can see the exact "Offer" (e.g., a Free Maharaja Mac Burger) before committing.
Solving the Scheduling Friction
The biggest drop-off in influencer collaborations happens during the "When are you coming?" phase. We built a dedicated Schedule Tab that functions as a live contract. It tracks the reservation, the "Post Before" deadline, and provides a unique OTP for arrival validation.
Design for Edge Cases
Real-world data is messy. Restaurant names are long, and offers can be wordy. A key part of the design process was ensuring the UI didn't break when a cafe had a name like "Eggyfy Down Town Xonther Cafe." We used variable-height containers to ensure readability never sacrificed aesthetics.
The Feedback Loop (Validation)
A collaboration isn't over when the meal is eaten; it’s over when the content is live. Our "Validate" flow requires the influencer to submit their post link and the brand to rate the experience. This creates a circle of accountability that builds a trusted ecosystem.
The Systematic Backend
Despite the simple "swipe" interface, the backend is a robust management tool. From "Offer Creation" to "Profile Management," we ensured that both Brands and Influencers have a centralized hub to manage their notifications, contact details, and active campaigns.
